Sterlete
Sterlete Caviar, though smaller in size compared to its counterparts, is a true gem in the world of black caviar, offering an unforgettable tasting experience. What it lacks in pearl size, it more than makes up for in its rich, refined flavor and exquisite texture. With each bite, you’ll discover its deep aroma unfolding into a delicate, slightly sweet taste, making it one of the most delectable varieties available.
Its striking grey hue—shared only by the rare and prestigious Beluga—adds to its visual appeal, a color that immediately hints at the caviar’s exceptional quality. Historically, Sterlet Caviar was produced exclusively in Russia, where it was held in high regard, earning a reputation almost equal to that of Beluga. Its rarity and distinct flavor made it a favorite at royal banquets and among Russian aristocracy, elevating it to the status of a culinary treasure.
Today, this remarkable caviar has become more widely available, yet it retains the same quality that once made it a well-kept secret of the elite. Its smooth, refined texture, combined with its unique taste profile, guarantees that Sterlet Caviar will be cherished by caviar lovers and connoisseurs alike. For those who seek an extraordinary experience, Sterlet offers a memorable journey of taste and sophistication.

Product Description
Our caviar comes from different types of sturgeon species that have a natural habitat in the Northern hemisphere of our planet. We take care about caviar from the moment the fish is hatch because the environment where fish grows will reflect on the quality of the pearl. Thanks to our long experience in fish breeding and caviar processing, we are able to provide you the best caviar there is.
We pack our product in in metal tins and glass jars so our customers can choose which type of packaging they like most. Here are a few tips on how to choose between those two:
Metal tins - safe from braking, good looking on the table but more difficult to open than glass jar and are not perfect to keep in refrigerator at home for more than a month especially for small size tins.
Glass jars - good for storing caviar, easier to open then metal tins, transparent but doesn’t look as good as metal tins on the table.
